Kito City’s Shipping Policy
We endeavor to offer FREE shipping on all orders in our website. That, however, doesn’t mean that we are bound not to add shipping costs in future to any of our products based on internal decisions justifiable by reason. If and when it ever happens, you will see your summary clearly in your checkout page.
Shipment processing time
We are glad to do business with you. All your orders are processed within a maximum of 3 business days (usually just 24 hours), but shipping and deliveries continue even on weekends. As a customer who has placed an order with us, we provide you tracking IDs for your packages in order to know the progress of the shipping of your package and status of deliveries. In case we are experiencing unforeseen circumstances that may affect your order delivery timelines, we always communicate to you and keep you updated.
We always keep our clients updated on every step from the moment we receive their orders, let them know your package has been dispatched and notify them when it is delivered.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Kito City is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order based on your location/state/country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Kito City endeavors to deliver products and packages in optimum condition. If the product is not as described on our website or defective on delivery, please contact us and we will help you out to the best of our ability in shipping you a similar order.
If there is no alternative solution to the issue, we accept returns. We will provide you with the return address and when we receive and inspect the package, we will process your part/full refund. Kindly note that we do not refund the shipping fees so your return may at times not be the exact amount paid.
